在利用回轉窯jinxingmengjinchulvfenxidetongshi,guoneiduiliuhuaguwuliaodeliusuanhuabeishaoyejinxingledaliangdeyanjiugongzuo,bingjinxinglegongyeyingyong,jishujiaoweichengshu。liuhuakuangzhijieliusuanhuabeishaowenduyibankongzhizai500-700℃。根據物料性質的不同會稍有調整,其中所應用的設備以沸騰爐和回轉窯為主。
在我們所進行的研究操作中,主要針對焙燒溫度和焙燒時間對鈷浸出率的影響進行了詳細考察,在反應時間2h條件下,回轉窯焙燒溫度對鈷浸出率的影響具體如圖:
由圖可知,在焙燒溫度升高的同時,鈷的浸出率會先升高後降低,在400-500℃時鈷的浸出率可達到95%以yi上shang。主zhu要yao是shi由you於yu反fan應ying溫wen度du過guo低di,硫liu化hua鈷gu氧yang化hua不bu完wan全quan,從cong而er影ying響xiang了le浸jin出chu率lv,然ran而er因yin為wei反fan應ying溫wen度du過guo高gao,又you有you部bu分fen鈷gu被bei氧yang化hua成cheng四si氧yang化hua三san鈷gu等deng物wu料liao,較jiao難nan進jin行xing浸jin出chu。從cong浸jin出chu渣zha化hua學xue物wu相xiang分fen析xi結jie果guo來lai看kan,其qi結jie果guo同tong樣yang如ru此ci,在zai高gao溫wen條tiao件jian下xia,浸jin出chu渣zha中zhong四si氧yang化hua三san鈷gu中zhong鈷gu比bi例li占zhan77%左右。
