在(zai)低(di)產(chan)階(jie)段(duan)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)大(da)風(feng)大(da)料(liao),氣(qi)料(liao)比(bi)要(yao)比(bi)平(ping)常(chang)偏(pian)大(da),才(cai)能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)預(yu)熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)充(chong)分(fen)分(fen)散(san)時(shi)有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)風(feng)速(su)。在(zai)剛(gang)投(tou)料(liao)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),窯(yao)襯(chen)或(huo)是(shi)窯(yao)皮(pi)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)都(dou)是(shi)比(bi)平(ping)常(chang)偏(pian)低(di)的(de),二(er)次(ci)風(feng)溫(wen)很(hen)低(di),為(wei)了(le)使(shi)煤(mei)粉(fen)完(wan)全(quan)燃(ran)燒(shao),保(bao)持(chi)合(he)適(shi)的(de)火(huo)焰(yan)形(xing)狀(zhuang),繼(ji)續(xu)保(bao)留(liu)和(he)適(shi)當(dang)增(zeng)大(da)窯(yao)頭(tou)的(de)噴(pen)油(you)是(shi)十(shi)分(fen)必(bi)要(yao)的(de),此(ci)時(shi)應(ying)適(shi)當(dang)增(zeng)大(da)徑(jing)向(xiang)等(deng)減(jian)少(shao)軸(zhou)向(xiang)風(feng),以(yi)火(huo)焰(yan)不(bu)舔(tian)窯(yao)皮(pi)為(wei)準(zhun),待(dai)二(er)次(ci)風(feng)溫(wen)升(sheng)高(gao)後(hou),逐(zhu)步(bu)增(zeng)大(da)軸(zhou)向(xiang)風(feng),待(dai)黑(hei)火(huo)頭(tou)長(chang)度(du)小(xiao)於(yu)零(ling)點(dian)三(san)到(dao)零(ling)點(dian)五(wu)毫(hao)米(mi)時(shi)可(ke)以(yi)停(ting)止(zhi)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)窯(yao)頭(tou)噴(pen)油(you)。
